The Real Work founder Sophia Voutsina is a graduate of the Pilates Centre, London, having completed both Comprehensive and Advanced Teacher Training.

She has travelled throughout Europe and the USA attending workshops with the most accomplished tutors of the Classical Method such as Jay Grimes, Mejo Wiggin, Chris Robinson and Sandy Shimoda.

Sophia works closely with Mejo, hosting the Classical Syllabus at the Real Work and has created her own Comprehensive Teacher’s Training Programme.
